Adam has 20 years of experience in casual dining. He hails from New Jersey and learned his cooking skills as a young child from his mother.
Since his arrival at Liberate, the meals have been outstanding. Our residents enjoy Cook Off competitions and barbecues along with other activities.
His goal for the residents at Libertae is “to build community by giving cooking instructions for the women and encourage them to cook more.”
We are thankful for staff like Adam who brings his cooking skills to provide healthy meals and helps us build community with our families.
